It’s that time of year…Field Day!  Let the excitement begin.

 

Field Day is a great way for the children of Cumberland Hill to be rewarded for working hard all year.  Students learn that sportsmanship, fair play and teamwork are all keys to success.  It’s a great way to build student character and school spirit.  Every year has been an exciting experience for the students because of the tremendous amount of help provided by the parents and PTO.  As always, we need plenty of volunteers to help the day run smoothly.

 

Field Day highlights:

          - Students will create and design banners.

            - Activities and events will be age appropriate.

            - Many of the activities will be cooperative challenges.

            - A barbeque lunch will be served as the hot lunch option.

            - Children will enjoy cold snacks and ice cream sundaes.     

            - There will be water events to keep the students cool.

 

If you would like to volunteer for Field Day, it’s as simple as 1, 2, and 3.

  1. Either fill out the volunteer form below and return to school –or– email CumberlandHillPTO.Fieldday@gmail.com with the information below by Friday – May 18th.

  2. We will contact you via email with your scheduled time, assigned station and game rules.

  3. Show up at that time, sign in, and report to your assigned station.  (We will provide water & pizza lunch!!)
